We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, worn, or damaged lash products cannot be returned.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and the reason for your request.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and any included items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used beauty products
Lash products that have been worn or applied
Items without original packaging
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Boder Mincer is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
